­Every week, we set aside a few minutes on Sunday mornings to look at Bible prophecy ­The reason for this is because the Bible predicts certain events that will take place in the last days before the Lord returns. ­We believe that what’s happening in the world today is a fulfillment of those Bible Prophecies.

­We look primarily at events in the Middle East, specifically related to Israel because, as it’s been said; “Israel is God’s prophetic clock.” ­For today's update, I'll begin by asking a number of questions with the hopes of once again, putting more prophetic puzzle pieces into place. ­Because everything is moving so quickly, we are now, like never before, able to put the prophecy picture puzzle together more quickly as well.

­Let me preface the questions by saying that, while they're not in any particular order, there is a common thread that ties them together. ­Also, it's important to note that the timing of everything would seem to indicate that there is a shelf life of sorts in that they're time driven. ­Lastly, I would suggest that Satan himself, knowing he has but a short time, is working behind the scenes of the geopolitical landscape.

1. Why is there such a cloud of suspicion and secrecy surrounding the death of Osama Bin Laden? 2. Why was his death announced both, the way it was, and when it was, on Holocaust day, as the same day of Adolph Hitler's death? 3. Why aren't the Palestinians burning pictures of Obama after Bin Laden's death the way they did with Bush after Saddam Hussein's death? 4. Why the conspicuous international silence leading up to this Third Palestinian Intifada in Israel which is happening today? 5. Why is President Obama preparing to deliver a message to "renew Muslim outreach" in the Middle­East? 6. Why will nobody say anything, or do anything, about the born again Christians being murdered and martyred in Egypt? 7. Why is the UN, with or without the US, ready to unilaterally declare a Palestinian State as early as this September? 8. Why are all these longstanding world dictators, and terrorist leaders, being quickly and suddenly removed from power?

­First, the short answer to all these questions; these things must first come to pass in order for the end to come. Consider the words of Jesus:

Luke 21:9 NIV When you hear of wars and revolutions, do not be frightened. These things must happen first, but the end will not come right away."

­Also this validates and authenticates the truth of God's Word and in God's Word, telling us before it happens so when it happens we'll believe.

John 14:29 NKJV "And now I have told you before it comes, that when it does come to pass, you may believe.

­I see John 14:29 as being for the benefit of those who're not yet believers, just as I see what Jesus said in Luke 21:28 being for true believers.

Luke 21:28 KJV And when these things begin to come to pass, then look up, and lift up your heads; for your redemption draweth nigh.

­Last, but certainly not least, I believe the answer to these questions, and a plethora of others like them can be found in Romans of all places.

Romans 13:11­12 11 And do this, understanding the present time. The hour has come for you to wake up from your slumber, because our salvation is nearer now than when we first believed. 12 The night is nearly over; the day is almost here. So let us put aside the deeds of darkness and put on the armor of light. NIV

Matthew 16:1­3 NKJV Then the Pharisees and Sadducees came, and testing Him asked that He would show them a sign from heaven. (2) He answered and said to them, "When it is evening you say, 'It will be fair weather, for the sky is red'; (3) and in the morning, 'It will be foul weather today, for the sky is red and threatening.' Hypocrites! You know how to discern the face of the sky, but you cannot discern the signs of the times.
