Q: How do I download a copy of these teachings to my local computer?
A: Right Click on the file you want to save, and choose "save target as". Then navigate to where you want to save it, and click 'save'.

Q: I am trying to download or listen to the teachings and they are not responding. Why?
A:If the mp3 you are trying to download is not responding or results in an error, please try again later. However, if the problem persists, please contact our webmaster.

Q: Do I need any special software to listen to these messages?
A:The Windows XP operating system comes with a new version of the Windows Media Player, and by default will automatically play MP3 files. However if you are having problems or using an older version of Windows, try downloading and installing Windows Media Player 9.

Q: How do I use the Podcast?
Podcasts allow for automated downloading of the latest teachings.  To use Podcasts, the Apple iTunes software is required.  iTunes is available for both Windows PC's and Macintosh. iTunes is free and available via thier download page. Once iTunes is installed, simply use the Video Podcast link on this page, then use the iTunes software to download individual messages as desired, or subscirbe to the podcast to get automatic downloads as new teachings arrive.
