Q: How do I download a copy of these teachings to my local computer?
A: Right Click on the file you want to save, and choose "save target as". Then navigate to where you want to save it, and click 'save'.

Q: I am trying to download or listen to the teachings and they are not responding. Why?
A:If our server is not responding please try again later - due to bandwidth limitations, our downloads are limited to 2 simultaneous connections; at the moment someone else may be downloading. If the problem persists, please contact our webmaster.

Q: Do I need any special software to listen to these messages?
A:The Windows XP operating system comes with a new version of the Windows Media Player, and by default will automatically play MP3 files. However if you are having problems or using an older version of Windows, try downloading and installing Windows Media Player 9.
